Well, we did not do very well in our game on Thursday against Butler. We got behind early, and actually had the lead for a few minutes, then lost it in the last 2 minutes of the game. Well, needless to say, the people at work were alittle down and kind of blue on Friday.

We had a great year, anyhow. We went from unranked to NO. 1 in the last week of the season. Coach Boeheim got his 800th win and we now have the record for a college campus crowd, 34.616. I don't think anyone will break that!! Unless, it's us of course!

Now, it's on to baseball(this coming weekend), and SU lacrosse. Who won in OT against Hobart and beat Johns Hopkins, both on the road...

I will always have my sports to fall back on.

Just to let you know what's going on in the world of SU basketball. We lost in the first round of the Big East tourney, after we won the regular season. But, we are doing very well in the NCAA tournament, with us winning the first 2 games of the opening weekend. We won rather handidly, and are now in the Sweet 16. Another NY school, Cornell made to the Sweet 16 also. They are playing very well, and are in the Carrier Dome in Syracuse, NY in the Eastern regional. SU is in the West regional out in Salt Lake City, UT. We both play Thursday, and both should be good games.

Well, spring has finally sprung here, as we have been having rain and 40s, so I guess it's here. But, it can change really fast around here. We still might get snow somewhere along the way.

SU rated no. 1

SU is rated no. 1!!! OMG, that game on Saturday vs Villanova was one of the greatest games ever. 34,616 fans in the Carrier Dome for that game. From start to finish, great action and great passing. The 3 teams ahead of us all LOST, so it kind of made it easier on those who vote. Next game Tuesday against St. Johns at the Dome. Then one more on the road Saturday at Louisville. Big East Tourney in Madison Square Garden next week. I am on vacation for that...

We are officially at 106 inches of snow for the season. I knew we would break the 100 inches mark. It was just a matter of time. I think the golden snowball is still ours!

See ya soon. Gina
